The Scorecards module in Browser allows you to view Scorecards created in Classic and update any Module items within them. However, Scorecards currently cannot be modified or created in Browser.
The view within the Browser Scorecard notebook is a combination of the Scorecard notebook and Dashboards from Classic. The Key Details section of the notebook shows status Charts for each module item added to the Scorecard at the tree level you are viewing. You can select a bar in one of the Charts to drill down into a list of the items at that status.
The Location tab shows you where the currently selected hierarchy level is positioned in the Scorecard hierarchy. All items that are at a higher level will be shown above the item you are viewing.
The Description Tab shows the description for the Scorecard if it has been added in Classic. This is currently not editable in Browser.
Tree of Contents
The 'Tree of Contents' can be found under the Browse tab of the Scorecard Notebook and it displays all the items within the Scorecard in a Hierarchy view, with each top level item displaying status counts for each item below it. These counts can be drilled down into to show a list of all items at that status. PIs, Actions and Risks also display information in the tree view. For instance, an Action will have its progress bar next to it along with the progress percentage.
The Tree menu also allows you update the Actions, PIs and Risks directly from the Scorecard. This can be done by right-clicking on the item and selecting the relevant update option from the menu.
The remaining information about the Scorecard, such as Notes, Owners, Documents and Additional Fields can be found in the More tab of the Contents section and can be edited in Browser. Information regarding the Scorecards Thresholds and Weights are also found in this tab, but they currently cannot be edited in Browser.
Uses in Portals
Currently, there is only one Portal component for Scorecards which is the Scorecards by Ownership table component. This component lists all the Scorecards that are owned by the User viewing the table and can be filtered to only show certain ownerships.
