Rather than showing full details of each Feedback item, Feedback Summary Reports produce values and metrics that describe and summarise the overall performance of multiple Feedback items on your site.

Report Layout Fields
Described below are all the fields that are available for use on a Feedback Summary Report. Customer fields aren't available to be added to this Report.
Group Name
This section contains only one field, though this is the most powerful field that can be added to your Report.
Group Name: This field will feature in every Feedback Summary Report you create. This is because it's able to take a Grouping, and convert it to a field, meaning that it can be any field that you need it to be, including a Reference ID field.
General Metrics
The fields in this section do not have a particular focus, and can help with monitoring usage of the Feedback module.
Overall No. Of Items : This field simply shows a count of all items, based on the parameters of the Report Query.
No. of Items Logged (within time period): This field shows a count of all Feedback items that were created within the time period defined by the Report Query.
No. of Items Brought Forward (to time period): This field shows a count of all Feedback items that were created before the time period defined by the Report Query, and are still open.
Average Days Elapsed : This field calculates the average number of days that every Feedback item has been open for.
Average Time in Days to Close Items (within time period): This field calculates the average number of days that every Feedback item that was Closed within the time period had been open for.
Closure Metrics
The fields in this section have a focus on closure rates for your Feedback items.
No. of Items Closed (within time period): This field shows the total number of items that have been set to Closed within the time period set in the Report Query.
Closed within Due Date (within time period): This field shows the number of items that have been set to Closed before or on their Due Date within the time period set in the Report Query.
% of closures within Due Date (within time period): This field shows the percentage of items that have been set to Closed before or on their Due Date, over the total number of items that were set to closed, within the time period set in the Report Query.
% of closures within Due Date (within time period): This field shows the percentage of all currently open items that have been set to Closed before or on their Due Date within the time period set in the Report Query.
Closed outside of Due Date (within time period): This field shows the number of items that have been set to Closed after their Due Date within the time period set in the Report Query.
Closed within Target (within time period): This field shows the number of items that have been set to Closed before their Stage Due Date within the time period set in the Report Query.
% Closed within Target (within time period): This field shows the percentage of all items that have been set to Closed before their Stage Due Date within the time period set in the Report Query.
% of closures within Target (within time period): This field shows the percentage of closed items that have been set to Closed before their Stage Due Date within the time period set in the Report Query.
Closed outside of Target (within time period): This field shows the number of items that have been set to Closed after their Stage Due Date within the time period set in the Report Query.
Ongoing Metrics
The fields in this section on reporting items that are still open within the defined time period.
No. of Items Ongoing (within time period): This field shows the total number of items that are still open within the time period set in the Report Query.
Ongoing within Due Date (within time period): This field shows the number of items that are open and within their Due Date.
Ongoing outside of Due Date (within time period): This field shows the number of items that are open and have gone past their Due Date.
?Ongoing within Target (within time period): This field shows the number of items that are open and within their Stage Due Date.
Ongoing outside of Target (within time period): This field shows the number of items that are open and outside their Stage Due Date.
Feedback Summary Report Query
The Query filters available for this Report type are the same as for all Feedback Type Reports.
By default, however, the "Open in Period" Query filter will show in the Query tab of your Report. This filter is used to dictate which period of time the Feedback Summary Report will report on, and cannot be removed.
