All of the following settings and features can only be configured by Site Administrators.

Risk Code Formatting
Risk Types can be configured under Risk Settings in the Site Admin section of the GoTo Menu. From here you can configure serialised counter so that every new Risk will get a new number.
Please note that once one has been set up, it becomes mandatory that a Risk Type is selected when a new Risk is created.
Once selected a Pop-up will appear to for you to enter the details of the Code format. The title is shown when selecting the Code format when creating the Risk and the Number format is what is used for the Risk Code. In the example in the Screenshot, when a Risk is created with this Risk Type, the First code will be ‘IT-001’.
First Tab Layout
The Fist Tab is the ‘Your Tab’ shown on a Risks Notebook. Any fields from the ‘More’ Tab Can be shown here.
Risk Matrices
Risk Matrices can be set up in Classic and are be located under either the Risk or Admin Topic Buttons. By Default, you will have a 5x5 Risk Matrix from when your site was created.
You cannot modify existing Risk Matrices once they have been Used for a Risk, any Matrix ‘in use’ will appear greyed out. Therefore, you will need to delete all Risks that are using that Matrix in order to delete the Matrix itself. You can use Risk Queries to find any Risks currently using a Specific Matrix,
To Create a New Matrix select ‘New’ at the top of the page.
You can Add Impacts by selecting ‘New Impact’. You can customise the Code and Descriptions for the selected impact at the bottom of these Screen.
Too Add a Likelihood, navigate to the likelihood tab and repeat the same steps for adding an Impact. As you add Likelihoods, you will see your Matrix at the top of the page.
Tip: You can use the Green Arrows to Move Impacts and Likelihoods up or down the list.
Once you have added and named all your Impacts and likelihoods, navigate to the Assessments tab. To Begin with, your Matrix will be Blue but on this tab you can enter the Code, Description, Score, Colour and Status for Each Assessment on the Matrix. So as this is a 3x3 Matrix, there are Nine different Assessments.
To configure an Assessment select it from the list and fill in the fields at the bottom of the Page. The Below example is of an Assessment with an Impact of 2 and Likelihood of 3.

The Code, Description and Long Description are displayed on the Risk Notebook when the Risk is assessed

The Value filed, is the Assessment Score which you will need to calculate from the Impact and Likelihood.

The Status Field defines the Risks Status when it has been Assessed. Selecting a Status will automatically select the corresponding colour for the Assessment, but it can be changed manually after by selecting the coloured box.
Once you have configured all the Assessments, your Assessment Tab and Matrix will look something like this:
Once saved, you can then use the Matrix to create Risks.

Risk Approaches and Management
The Approach and Management fields drop-down fields located within the Management tab on Browser. The List options for these fields can be configured in Classic under the Risk Topic Button.
To create a new Risk Approach or Management, select ‘New’ at the top of the page and will in all Mandatory fields which are marked with a red square.
Please note that the Options will not be greyed out if they are in use.

Please note that is no Default Matrix is set you will be unable to create Risks in Browser
