The visibility of contacts attached to Feedback records is limited by Ownership as well as Permissions. The details can only be seen by Users:
- Listed in the Administrator, Manager or Assignee ownerships AND
- With the Create_Contact permission or View_Contacts and Equality_View permissions.
Likewise, when viewing the Contact via its Notebook, linked Feedback Records will not be visible unless the User is listed in one of the above Ownerships for the Linked Item.
To view Contacts on the list screen, the User will need 'View_contacts' and 'Contacts_view_inactive' to see inactive Contacts. Equality_view is required to view the information under the Equalities Tab in the Contact Notebook.
Please note that the Permission requirements for Contacts are not overridden by the Site Admin permission.
