Overview
This guide will give a step by step explanation of customising the colours of your Risk Matrices within Pentana Risk. All steps in this guide are specific to the Classic application only.
Choosing a Matrix
Open Classic and navigate to the following location: Risks > Risk Matrices.
On the list of Matrices, find the Matrix you would like to change the colours of and open it. Navigate over to the 'Assessments' tab and then find the rating that you would like to edit.
Editing the Matrix Colours
You will notice that upon selecting a rating, a number of fields appear at the bottom of the screen. One of these fields are titled 'Colour'. Click the large block of colour next to this field and you'll be presented with a number of different drop-down items.
The colour options that appear from 'Reds' down to 'Greys & Black' are pre-set and commonly used colours which cannot be changed.
Using the RGB Slider
If you would like the colours to be more specific or reflect your organisations branding then you can use the final option 'Use RGB Slider'.
If you are using the RGB Slider then you will need to know the exact RGB values for the colour you would like to use. Below is a link to a handy colour picker which will produce almost any colour you would like to use if you are unsure of these values.
Once you have selected the colour you'd like, copy the R (Red), G (Green) and B (Blue) values in to the text boxes for each colour within Classic. In this example below you would input the following to Classic's RGB Slider fields:
